The service operates on Fridays between 9 am and 4 pm. A specially adapted
mini-bus picks up members from their homes. When they arrive at the centre and get settled in, there is tea and biscuits. Everyone has an opportunity to meet friends and share news and gossip.
The day has a full range of activities such as 'elderobics', games, quizzes,
dominoes, entertainment, singing, reminiscence sessions and occasional outings. | Around mid-day, members enjoy a hot two-course lunch.
The afternoon will consist of a different range of activities, and frequently
includes entertainment, | or singing favourite songs. This group is Aberdour handbell ringers. Tea and delicious home baking are served before getting the mini-bus back home. | |||||
